We realize that being in a collision is a frustrating experience, but it doesn’t have to be confusing. In order to assist you in navigating this process, we have outlined the general claim and repair process below:
1) Make a claim with your insurance provider and receive a claim number; your adjuster will inform you if you need to go into a claim centre or if you can go ahead with the repairs.
2) You can call or email any of our locations to schedule an appointment or drop-in when you have the time. During this time our staff will download your claim from your insurance company and an estimator will take photos of new and old damage and write your estimate.
3) Once the estimate is completed our customer service staff will be able to book you in for your repair appointment based on your availability, our schedule and parts availability, etc.
